General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
PriZING
All listed prices are in Euros (€), both net and gross, meaning they include the currently applicable German value-added tax (VAT). An exception applies to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, as they are non-EU. For delivery addresses in Switzerland and Great Britain, no German VAT will be charged.
Your Right of Return
As the original manufacturer, MAINSTREAM®-MSX® allows you to purchase risk-free. You may return unused products that do not match the respective item's product description within or up to 10 days. We, therefore, guarantee an unrestricted right of return for unused goods within or up to 10 days. Items from the SPARE PARTS category are excluded from this right of return.
Delivery
National and international delivery within Europe is handled by DHL / Deutsche Post and typically arrives within 48 hours, provided the ordered goods are available from stock. Please report any transport damage or incomplete deliveries to us immediately, either by phone or in writing, at the following address:

Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of MAINSTREAM®-MSX® until full payment has been received. The extended retention of title is considered agreed upon. If the goods are resold to a third party before payment, the seller hereby assigns to us all claims that are due or may arise from the resale, up to the value of the goods we supplied.
Shipping Method and Costs
Shipping is exclusively to countries within the European Union, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are tiered based on the value of the respective order, with a distinction made between deliveries within the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG) and deliveries to other European countries. For further details, please refer to the SHIPPING COST DEFINITION.
Right of Withdrawal
You always have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is ten days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, here MAINSTREAM®-MSX®, Siemens-Ring 14, DE-84184 Tiefenbach, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail). In the case of a letter sent by post, please use the address details below. In the case of other communication alternatives, please use the communication details below. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract within 14 days, you must bear the direct costs of returning the goods, regardless of a value limit. We will refund you the directly defined purchase price sum of the product that we have received from you. An exception is any incurred delivery costs (if charged). The refund will be made without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the returned goods are received by us. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed upon with you.
You must return or hand over the goods to us, here MAINSTREAM®-MSX®, Siemens-Ring 14, DE-84184 Tiefenbach, without undue delay and in any event no later than ten days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of ten days has expired. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods, regardless of a value limit. You will only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Data Privacy STATEMENT
We have made every effort not to use legal language, but rather to explain in simple words what information we collect about you and what we use it for. When you set up a user account with MSX®, you provide us with your full name, your billing and delivery address, and your e-mail address. And you also set up a username and password. We automatically receive some other information when you use MSX®. This includes data about your device, your software, your operating system, device data provided by the operating system, and your IP address. Your IP address is temporarily recorded for 14 days, as this is necessary to ensure the security of our website against attacks.
This data, which is necessary for business transactions, is stored within the Federal Republic of Germany and exclusively in-house.
